How to Order (and What to Send for a Quote)

Ordering takes six steps: send your brief, approve a proof, approve a sample, mass production, inspection, shipping. Typical timing: 3–10 working days for the sample and 10–20 working days for production.

1. Send your brief via the quote form.
2. Proof — free design proof within 1 working day, with up to 3 rounds of revisions
3. Payment / deposit — T/T or credit card; 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment
4. Mold & sample — 3–10 working days. Sample fee approx. US$150; mold fee approx. US$150 (both refunded on orders of 500+ pcs).
5. Mass production — 10–20 working days after sample approval; rush orders from 5 working days.
6. Inspection & shipping — in-house checks; third-party inspection such as SGS is welcome; EXW by default, FOB Shenzhen or DDP on request; shipping methods [[TBD: express / air / sea options and transit times]]

What to send for an accurate quote

• Artwork: AI, EPS, PDF, JPG/PNG or a hand sketch
• Size (mm or inches) and thickness
• Quantity, or several quantity breaks
• Finish / color preferences (Pantone if known)
• Attachment, accessory and packaging needs
• Delivery country and target in-hand date

How to choose a custom pin manufacturer in China

• Ask whether they own molding and plating, or outsource it.
• Ask for a physical sample before mass production.
• Ask which test reports exist for your market, and get them in writing.
