What is the custom medal lead time?
It is confirmed per artwork, material, process and packaging. sampling 3–10 working days; mass production 10–20 working days after sample approval; rush orders from 5 working days (rush fee quoted separately)
What affects the price of custom medals and pins?
Size, thickness, 2D vs 3D, colors, plating, accessories, packaging and quantity, plus a one-time mold for new designs (approx. US$150, refunded on orders of 500+ pcs).

How do I choose a custom pin manufacturer in China?
Check that the supplier makes molds and plates in-house, insist on a physical sample, request market-specific test reports, and verify company name, address and founding date. See How to Order.
Is there a mold or sample fee?
Yes: a mold fee of approx. US$150 and a sample fee of approx. US$150. Both are refunded when the order reaches 500 pcs or more.
Do you ship to the US, UK, EU and Australia?
Yes. We ship to Europe, Asia, North America, South America and Australia — for example the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. Quotes are ex-works (EXW Shenzhen) by default; FOB Shenzhen or DDP can be quoted on request. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T (bank transfer) and credit card, with a 50% deposit and the 50% balance paid before shipment.
